Phillip K Burrows Jr is a young concept artists based in Los Angeles Ca.

Born and raised in Brown Sub Miami, Florida, Phillip spent most of his time drawing and tracing his favorite characters from shows like Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, and Yu Yu hakusho. He began his education at Design and Architecture Senior High and from there went on to persue his Bachelors at one of the top art schools in America.

Now, an alumni of Art Center College of Design, Phillip creates and designs with that same passion.
